Hyundai hockey has been at the cornerstone of our brand for some time now. We told hockey stories, about hockey people, and built vehicles that helped them drive the game in Canada. But like any prospect honing their skills, the time came for us to step into the spotlight. To jump the boards and make our name in the pros. And the 2022/23 NHL season was our moment, as we unveiled a multi-year, multi-faceted partnership with the National Hockey League. The association with hockey has been increasing brand familiarity, consideration, and opinion for the Hyundai brand.
The partnership with the NHL led us to the highest brand scores in opinion, consideration, and familiarity.
We dominated the hockey broadcast space with over 650 million impressions over the course of the season, where our
hockey-specific ads performed 64% better than the automotive average.
