John brings a wealth of experience to INNOCEAN. His career started with a focus on digital and CRM then evolved into account leadership roles at some of Canada’s leading creative and media agencies. These have included independent agencies and those in global networks at Omnicom, WPP and IPG. His client experience is vast. He’s worked across almost every category and in every channel. A few prior clients include Chevrolet, Cadillac, Rogers Communications, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank North America, PepsiCo (Canada & US), Amazon Prime Video (global), IBM, Unilever (Canada & global), Kimberly-Clark, Mondelez, Pfizer, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, WIND Mobile (now Freedom) and more. As COO & Chief Growth Officer John supports the leadership team in its mission to service and deliver the best possible work to our clients, as well as to drive our ongoing digital transformation and accelerate new business to fuel ICA’s growth and expansion.
VP, People and Culture
Before joining INNOCEAN Canada, Dressler served as the Head of People for The & Partnership from 2018 to 2023. In this role, she was a senior leader on the company’s executive and management teams, overseeing people and operations functions across the organization. With over 20 years of progressive experience in People and Culture, Dressler has worked in various creative and purpose-driven agencies, including Zulu Alpha Kilo, Rain, GJP, Pigeon Brands, and Palette Group. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to not-for-profit and educational organizations in both Canadian and international settings.
Outside the office, Dressler is an EQUIFY-certified member and volunteer advisor with AIR (Allies in Recruiting). She also serves as a mentor, sponsor, and panel speaker for IMDOINGIT!, providing support and opportunities to Black youth in the areas of business and career excellence.
SVP, Media Operations
Spiro joined INNOCEAN in 2012 as one of two Media Directors on staff. A true believer that a collaborative planning process leads to better work, he championed his vision of a fully integrated media department into what has now grown into a team of over 50 in-house media professionals. Today, Spiro heads up the Agency’s media arm which includes capabilities across a number of disciplines, including Planning & Strategy, Media Buying, SEM, In-House Programmatic & Data/Analytics.
Executive Creative Director
Ian is one of the most successful creative people in Canada. Both as copywriter and Creative Director, he has consistently been ranked at the top of Strategy Magazine’s National Creative Report Card by routinely winning at Cannes, The One Show, D&AD, the Clios, the Effie Awards, Communication Arts, the Marketing Awards, Applied Arts and the Advertising & Design Club of Canada Awards.
If you were to sum up Ian’s creative philosophy, it would be this: “…the world isn’t sitting around in eager anticipation of your work, so it is imperative that you make something interesting; something beautiful and something that matters. To do anything less is wasting everyone’s time.”
VP, Client Services
Having held executive positions at top agencies in both Toronto and New York, Pileggi previously was at Huge Canada where he joined as VP, Client Service in 2019. At Huge, he had the mandate to help turnaround the Canadian operations. He was eventually promoted to Managing Director of the Canadian office in January of 2022, leading a team of 70 diverse professionals. He’s also held leadership roles at TBWA/Juniper Park, BBDO New York/Proximity NY, and BBDO Canada/Proximity Canada.
Outside of the office Pileggi actively mentors through the TMU Tri-mentoring program and serves on the Board of Directors for Skills For Life.
VP, Client Services
Gabe is a respected agency leader with a wealth of experience. His passion for the power of creative problem solving lies in its ability to affect positive change and deliver meaningful outcomes for his partners.
His career has seen him lead Strategy and Account Management departments across a number of reputable agencies and clients including Easter Seals, Ontario Lottery and Gaming, Elections Ontario, Canadian Tire, and more.
As the Business Lead, Gabe oversees work with a focus on big-picture thinking and cross-functional integration. Working closely with our Strategic and Creative leads, he ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of client relationships and the work we do together.
VP, New Business Development
Heather has over 10 years of experience in the advertising agency industry.
She has been an account service leader at multiple agencies working with partners such as Audi Canada, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Jamieson Laboratories, Oxford Properties, IESO, United Way, and others.
Prior to INNOCEAN Canada, Osbourne was a Client Partner at Twitter Canada, responsible for business growth with partners such as Samsung, Microsoft, Intel, Dell, Audible, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Unilever Canada.
VP, Finance
As VP, Finance, Mira Shin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial functions including financial policy, controls and reporting, business and financial planning, tax, structure management, budget, forecast, audit, treasury, and performance reporting and analytics.
Mira joined INNOCEAN Canada in May 2010 and has contributed to the extension of the organization’s finance capabilities, including building and leading various functions. She has also been responsible for implementing processes and systems created to ensure consistency across the agency.
Prior to joining INNOCEAN, Mira grew a career at a SF Partnership LLP which has been merged into KPMG, across audit, compliance, and tax advice to global organizations in a variety of sectors. She started her career at the multinational corporation as an accountant.
Mira assumed her current position in 2017. She has also served on INNOCEAN Canada's board of directors since March 2011.
Mira is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario and United State and earned her MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Korea.

Joe has spent over two decades bringing ideas to life for clients like University of Toronto, Air Canada, Microsoft, Scotiabank, and more. His reputation for managing complexity, problem solving, and flawless execution make him a valuable asset across projects of any scale. Joe’s expertise include OOH, printed materials, digital, social, CRM, and video production.
