Nobody likes buying insurance. (There, we’ve said it.) It is, at best, a grudge purchase. Knowing that, we saw an opportunity when we were approached to launch the Surex brand in Canada. We created an entirely digital branding and awareness campaign built around a promise: “we’re in this together, so you’re never in this alone.” Our messaging served to build the profile of the brand, increase consideration among reluctant insurance shoppers and drive engagement in their online services.
It worked. Surex quickly established themselves as a leader, not only in the online insurance market but amongst their older, stodgier peers.
