SEO Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Manager to lead SEO efforts for our agency. If you’re passionate about search engine optimization and would love the opportunity to apply your craft in a collaborative 360 environment, we want to hear from you. We believe organic, direct, and paid traffic provide intelligence way beyond impressions, views, clicks, and conversions. We’re looking to grow our in-house SEO team to collaborate with our entire group of Media Planners, Media Buyers, Creatives, SEM, SMM, Programmatic Traders, and Data Analysts to drive results.  

We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams, while leading onsite and offsite optimization and content expansion efforts for our agency.  Current knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Your goal will be to ensure that client content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase client’s profitability.



•        Performance audit

•        Site architecture audit

•        Keyword meta-mapping

•        Site map audit

•        Site speed audit

•        URL optimizations


Plan, develop, and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including:

•        Optimize website content and landing pages

•        Conduct keyword research & mapping to guide content teams, including content gap recommendations

•        Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes, including in-CMS updates & changes

•        Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

•        Asset optimization including maintenance of T1 & T3 GMB listings and SEO updates as new products roll out


Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects, including:

•        Identify key SEO KPIs

•        Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

•        Prepare and present reports regularly, ensuring the data is integrated with overall Digital Performance reporting

•        Ad hoc Tier 3 level reporting


•        Support ongoing client needs

•        Collaborate with web dev, content, design, social media, paid media, and account service to help optimize content and performance

•        Share website, keyword, and content recommendations with paid media teams


•        Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends

•        Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization

•        Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices


·      4 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role

·      4 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy

·      4 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development

·      Knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices

·      Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

·      Experience with integrated SEO reporting and in-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analysing data

·      Expertise in A/B and other testing methods

·      Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)

·      BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field

·      Experience working with cross agency disciplines (Web, SEM, Content, etc.)

·      Experience in the Auto industry is a bonus, but the right attitude is more important


·      Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative, with strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills

·      Ability to identify growth opportunities, a keen eye for detail, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate and deliver messages effectively
