Innocean Worldwide Canada Concludes Ten Years
TORONTO, ON (December, 16, 2019) – Innocean Worldwide Canada announced today significant growth and successes culminating its tenth year. Finishing the year on a high note, the agency reports several new hires, new accounts and award wins to celebrate as it heads into 2020.
In the last quarter, Innocean Worldwide Canada made a total of fourteen new hires across the agency, providing support at all levels. Hires included Sherry Gu, VP, Production, who joined the team in November to oversee the Production department and identify areas for growth within the creative industries. She is joined by two Account Directors on the Kia Canada Inc. account: Patrick Parenteau and Francine Boldovitch. Parenteau is the Account Director in Innocean Worldwide Canada’s Montreal office, while Boldovitch was hired in the Toronto office as an Account Director, Brand Experiences to help manage events and sponsorships for Kia Canada. The agency also saw tremendous growth within the Media Operations department, adding four new positions to its Data Insights and Analytics team in the last four months, as well as a new Assistant Media Buyer, two Media Coordinators and Account Coordinator, Performance Digital.
As Innocean Worldwide Canada has worked to build and diversify its capabilities the agency has taken on Goodtimes Brand Inc. (Goodtimes) on a project basis. Innocean Worldwide Canada is assisting Goodtimes with amplifying its digital presence through revamped social content and strategies, leading to full social media support in the new year. Leading the work is Innocean Worldwide Canada’s Digital Labs, a hub for innovation, encompassing social media, always-on digital content creation, digital business strategy, UX design, development, and customer relations management strategy under its umbrella.
Concluding a successful year, Innocean Worldwide Canada took home a number of award wins at the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) awards and Media Innovation Awards (MIAs) in November. Wins included the gold in Brand Building and bronze in Business Impact at the CMA awards for the agencies work with Hyundai Auto Canada Corp., as well as silver recognition in Customer Experience alongside Thinkingbox for a Genesis Motors Canada branded experience at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Innocean Worldwide Canada won the gold in the Best in Automotive category at the MIAs for the same Genesis project at the end of November.
