Digital Media Coordinator

Purpose of Job:
The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day project management of our digital media executions, including but not limited to; reporting and analytics, requesting information from suppliers, and working with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines for launch of campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
- Pulling daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and working with planning team to prepare client reports
- Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure they are delivering in full and pacing to spend
- Work with planners to ensure digital budgets are tracking and aligned to monthly spend
- Reaching out to suppliers to ensure digital specs, trafficking, and buy requests are aligned
- Working with digital buyers to ensure insertion orders are processed correctly and investigating discrepancies in data
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a drive to improve processes and establish best practices

- Great with numbers and spreadsheet management; good working knowledge of Word and Excel and good keyboarding skills
- Ability to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Understand the importance of accountability, professionalism, and integrity in the workplace
Education and Experience:
- 0-1 years in media agency or related field would be an asset
- College Degree in Advertising or Data Analytics, is an asset
- Knowledge of the media industry and how agency operate is an asset
- Basic understanding and familiarity with Google Analytics
