Digital Account Supervisor

Serves as a primary, daily point of client contact pertaining to digital, CRM and social, and will oversee on project execution, risks, issues, and activities to ensure that quality deliverables are created and completed on schedule. Establish effective working processes and to develop strong trust-based relationships with both the client and agency team members.


  • Oversee projects within a range of various platforms (digital, CRM and social) with the support of the Account Executives as needed
  • Supports the Sr. Account Director, Brand & Group Account Director, Retail to develop and execute online communications programs – guide day-to-day development of retail and brand advertising activities
  • Understands the client’s business in order to anticipate the client’s advertising and marketing needs
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates, budgets and presentations.
  • Understanding of campaign reporting – Google Analytics, Sysomos, other web tracking software
  • Responsible for ensuring all activities are executed according to the established budget and timelines – monitor of each department to ensure timelines, expectations are met
  • Ability to work cross functionally with account, media, creative and production team members
  • Liaise between media, programmatic, search and data teams to fully understand digital strategy and ensure exceptional execution
  • Liaise with client to ensure expectations are managed and met – marketing clients, digital/CRM clients – build trust of key clients
  • Ability to bring forth and lead digital and social-first campaigns
  • Bring forth digital research trends to account team, creative, and clients as appropriate

Skills and Behaviour:

  • Expert understanding of DCS/dynamic creative
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes involved instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Experienced in all facets of the digital marketing space: CRM, programmatic, social, mobile
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML, CMS Platforms such as WordPress
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative thinker
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization and knowledge in how to manipulate copy, meta tags, keywords etc
  • Experience managing website content and UX updates, both desktop and mobile with Responsive Design experience an asset
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi- task several projects at one time, while having the ability to work well under pressure
  • Superior organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in all functions of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in traditional media (TV, Print, Radio) an asset


  • Mandatory minimum 5-7 years’ experience in an advertising agency (essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or Advertising required
  • Automotive experience desired but not required
  • A passion for continued education related to digital desired but not required
