INNOCEAN Worldwide Canada Gains Leadership Strength With Industry Powerhouse
INNOCEAN Worldwide Canada (IWCa) is very pleased to announce Leslie Kross has joined IWCa as Executive Vice President, Client and Business Development. Leslie will lead the Kia Canada Inc. (KCI) business and its client service teams while exploring innovative new opportunities to strengthen the agency’s growth.
Leslie brings over twenty years of senior executive experience to IWCa. Prior to IWCa, Leslie was at KBS Toronto, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. Leslie also spent seven years as EVP Client Partnerships at Kenna, driving new and organic business growth, plus experience in a senior capacity as Managing Director at TBWA Canada, Vice President at WUNDERMAN and, Vice President MacLAREN McCANN.
Leslie has an extensive background in business leadership, planning and implementation, with a winning track record in the marketing and communication community for major clients such as Mercedes-Benz, McCormick, Dr. Oetker, Sonos, Nissan and Infiniti, Molson, Kraft Food Services, Wyeth, Ford, Pfizer, GM and Petro-Canada. Her focus on technology-enabled marketing solutions, CRM/relationship marketing, and digital integration will no doubt help grow the agency’s offering to its clients. “INNOCEAN Worldwide Canada is an incredible start up agency story,” says Leslie Kross. “I look forward to facilitating their next phase of growth”, says Leslie.

The Toronto office launched in 2010, and has grown rapidly from a handful of employees to an integrated full service agency with in house media planning and buying. In April 2016 the agency opened it’s first office in Montreal, and in June 2016 the Toronto office will move to larger redesigned space along King St. West.
